We share it only with the companies that help us run the gym and our website (for example our customer management and scheduling software, our website host, and our analytics and advertising providers), and only so they can do that work for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our members, our staff or our business.

No purchase necessary. Signing up for our text message program does not require you to buy anything, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase or membership.
What you will get. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Shark Bite Fitness and Nutrition at the mobile number you gave us. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to questions you send us, class and schedule updates, account updates, and occasional offers from the gym.
Who receives messages. Only people who have opted in directly with Shark Bite Fitness and Nutrition receive text messages: our members, and people who asked us about the gym.
How you opt in. You can opt in one of three ways, all directly with Shark Bite Fitness and Nutrition: by checking the unchecked consent box next to the phone number field on one of the forms on sharkbitefitness.com, by texting START to (239) 323-9354, or by asking our team in person or by phone to text you.
How you opt out. Reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message and you will not receive any more texts from us. You can also opt out by emailing nick@sharkbitefitness.com and telling us you want to leave the text message program.

Rates and frequency. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile provider and plan. Message frequency varies.

Changes to the program. We may change or end the text message program and these terms at any time. Changes take effect when the updated terms are posted on this page.
